La Paulée de New York celebration of Burgundy 2020 March 4 – 7
Created by James Beard Award-winning sommelier Daniel Johnnes, La Paulée is a celebration of Burgundy where winemakers, sommeliers, chefs, and wine-lovers come together in their shared passion for the region.
La Paulée celebrates its 20th anniversary in the United States, hosting over 40 of Burgundy’s finest domaines for a series of unique dinners, lunches, tastings, and seminars at which guests will enjoy current releases and older vintages of some of the world’s most sought-after wines.
Chef d’Honneur Daniel Boulud will collaborate with chefs David Kinch, Junghyun Park, and Michel, César, & Léo Troisgros at the festival’s culminating Gala Dinner.

If you have, you won’t want to miss this exciting new auction concept… A 7-day online auction of Burgundy in small, affordable lots ends on February 27, at which point it will transfer to a live auction at the newly renovated CRAFT Private Dining Space!
The dinner is BYO, so either bring a few bottles to share along with your collector friends or bring a bottle and make new friends! If you’ve never been to a live auction, this first foray is a fantastic way to start!
